FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Food & Beverage Director

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Director to lead our culinary and service teams in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage operations, including overseeing menu development, budgeting, staff training, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu design, staff management, inventory control, and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial targets, ensuring profitability while maintaining exceptional service quality.
  • Lead, motivate, and train staff to provide top-tier service and uphold company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure innovative, high-quality menus that meet guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Drive revenue growth through creative marketing, promotions, and special events.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure product quality and cost control.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Director or in a similar senior role in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, cost control, and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profit/loss management.
  • Ability to create a positive and collaborative team environment.
